1. Data Collection
We collect essential account metadata (names, emails, organizational details), tenant structural data, and comprehensive transactional logs generated through the use of Zykar Business OS and Zykar Sites. This data is strictly used to operate, secure, and improve your infrastructure.
2. Fiscal Data & ZRA Synchronization
As a compliant billing entity, Zykar enforces strict encryption and secure transmission of electronic invoicing data in direct accordance with Zambian tax regulations. Financial payloads transmitted to the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) Smart Invoice API are cryptographically signed and logged for audit purposes.
3. Data Protection & Sovereignty
All tenant databases and identity registries are protected using bank-grade encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Zykar enforces a zero third-party data selling policy. Your financial ledgers and customer data remain strictly your sovereign property.
4. User Rights
Workspace Administrators maintain complete autonomy over their data. You retain the right to export full organizational ledgers, request absolute data deletion (subject to legal ZRA retention periods), and review granular audit trails.
