Zykar Solutions Limited
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using any service operated under zykar.africa, app.zykar.africa, or business.zykar.africa, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Zykar Solutions Limited.
2. Service Access & Tenant Accounts
Platform Workspace Admins are responsible for the security of their tenant accounts and staff credentials. Zykar enforces strict API rate limits to preserve infrastructure integrity across the shared environment.
3. Subscription & Billing
Zykar enforces transparent pricing structured in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Billing intervals are executed automatically based on your selected plan. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Mobile Money and Card payment data are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
4. Intellectual Property
Zykar Solutions Limited retains all intellectual property rights to the software platform, codebases, and brand assets. Clients retain total ownership and intellectual property rights over any fiscal, customer, or business records entered into the system.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
This agreement and your use of the Zykar platforms shall be governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Zykar Solutions Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party (e.g. ZRA Gateway) outages.
